IN a video posted on YouTube early Wednesday local time, a woman claimed to be Faloma Luhk. Faloma, 10, and her sister, Maleina, 9, have been missing since 2011. They were last seen at a bus stop near their home in As Teo, Saipan, on May 25, 2011.
