“Our special is a meal for four to five guests,” Hyatt Regency Saipan’s Executive Sous Chef Zenn Tomokane said. “We chose combination pasta and pizza because they’re food we share and we see them throughout the year when people celebrate.”

Giovanni’s offers a graduation package of three flavorful pasta selections with a complementary choice of pizza. Giovanni’s is well known for its fresh pasta sauces that include an authentic Italian-style Carbonara, Penne Puttanesca with tomato base, Vongole pasta, among other delectable flavors.

Hyatt Director of Food and Beverage Ty Pauling said the Hyatt team “is not looking for easier ways — we want to do the hard things to give our guests great products, and that’s our goal for this graduation season. “

At Teppanyaki, a four-course dinner menu is served and includes garden salad sashimi, Certified Angus Beef sirloin steak, jumbo tiger prawns, beef fried rice, and the dessert of the day served with coffee or tea. The meal includes an exclusive infused soy sauce that Executive Sous Chef Zenn concocted for the steak.

“Our soy sauce has secret ingredients,” he said. “It is not your traditional soy sauce. It is an aged soy sauce infused and stored for a couple of weeks. I created this sauce just for this cut of meat.”

Graduates may enjoy the Teppanyaki experience for only $55. The regular price is $75.

Amapola Castro, who is the outlet manager for Giovanni’s and Teppanyaki, congratulates all the graduates and their parents, and invites them to enjoy a wonderful feast at Hyatt Regency Saipan.

Dinner at Giovanni’s is available from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday to Friday. Giovanni’s offers an Italian Il Pranzo lunch buffet every Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This graduation promotion is available through the end of the month. For more information, call 234-1234 ext. 26.
