Chinese New Year at Hyatt Regency Saipan

Step into the new year of 2017 with your best foot forward and join us as we celebrate Chinese New Year and the International Day of Italian Cuisine.

Savor in the exquisite taste of Shanghai as guest chef Tim Zhu from Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang prepares traditional Chinese delicacies in celebration of the Year of the Rooster 2017.

The culinary team at Hyatt Regency Saipan is proud to work alongside Chef Tim whose culinary experience expands over 20 years. The Chinese New Year dinner buffet extravaganza will be held for three nights only commencing Thursday, Jan. 26 to Saturday Jan. 28 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Kili Café & Terrace.
