Be more appreciative & thankful

TO fix the problem at the power plant, CUC recalled again the alien contract workers after it stopped them from working last Sept. 30. Isn’t it that this government extended their contracts for several times for couple of years to train local people? The questions are:
1. Why do you have to recall them, if you have had hired them for a couple of years to work and at the same time train local people?
2. Why have you allowed these alien workers to work without training locals?
3. Or did the alien workers train local people but they did not learn?
The government has been telling employers to train and train local people. But no matter how trained they are, they do not stay in the organization for long time. So employers need to train new local employees, again and again. It’s just a never-ending cycle. And this you have to realize:
1. Talents are inborn
2. Skill is a talent that needs to be practiced to get better
3. There’s no such school for local people to study the basics and theories of skilled work
4. Even though you are talented and skilled, there is also such a thing as love for and dedication to the job.
Local people should be a little more appreciative of their contract workers. Maybe you won’t need them if in time there will be locals willing to do the physical, dirty and oily jobs these alien workers are doing. But as long as most local people prefer to work as politicians and managers, you will need these contract workers.
You guys have to be thankful that there is such thing as a third world country. If not, you won’t be having contract workers who are willing to do jobs that you guys are not willing to do.
