THOMAS Arkle complains that “Mr. Barrineau felt at ease to lift passages verbatim” and then goes on to “lift” two more paragraphs himself! He then assures us that remote site reactors are safe, but he does not bother to explain why the need for remote siting, or where such a site can be found on a small island.
