JOE Torres and Lucy Deleon Guerrero nearly swept Week 14 of the Friday Night Mixed League last week at the Saipan Bowling Center.
Torres and Deleon Guerrero both went 3-for-4 in the individual categories with the former winning the high score and handicap game and high handicap series. Deleon Guerrero prevailed in the women’s high score and handicap game and high score series.
Arnel Del Rosario foiled Torres’ bid for a sweep topping the high score series, while Cindy Serrano averted a 4-for-4 feat for Deleon Guerrero by ruling the high handicap series.
In the team categories, I Gang went 2-for-4 winning the high score (2735) and handicap series (3110). The Calculators dominated the high score game (954), while Budweiser prevailed in the high handicap game (1074).
JET Holdings continued to lead the league with its 45-11 record, followed by Saipan Stevedore (33-23), Budweiser (33-23), Juan Santiago (32-24) the Calculator (31-26), JET Youth (29.5-26.5), I Gang (27-29), Lucky Shot (25.5-30.5), the Talafofo Lancheros (24-32), One More Shot (23-33) Blind Shot (21-35), and Kiyu (12-44).
