‘Mental warrior’ training guru coming to Guam

THE Institute of Business and Technology is organizing a uniquely designed training session called “PASSION for eXtraOrdinary Customer Service” that will feature renowned master trainer Dr. Lawrence Walther Ng.
The training session is especially designed for participants to further increase their personal power and experience new skills in teamwork, communication, customer service and personal motivation towards achieving excellence.
According to IBT, organizations and individuals have greatly improved their performance with Ng’s training. Participants will learn practical, direct and straightforward key principles and ideas on corporate excellence and personal self-improvement.
Ng is the co-founder of the Art of Learning and founder of “The Mental Warrior & Verbal Tai-Chi,” as well as president of the International Institute of Learning Without Learning and chief master trainer of Lawrence Walter Seminars.
Ng’s unique method of training and ideas are designed in a series of action-packed workshops called “power seminars” and “mastery training.”
He is also the author of over 10 publications, including The Challenge of Excellence, The Mental Warrior (An advanced workshop on Brain Power Motivation and the Psychology of Success), Verbal Kung Fu and The 4 Arrows of Power Communication.
Ng is one of Asia’s top speakers and chief master trainers and among the topics that he will discuss on Guam are: The New Mindset of Excellence; The Way of the Mental Warrior; The Challenge of Super Team Power; Power Communication for Effective Results; and Quality Customer Service.
The training workshop will take place April 24-25, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Royal Orchid Hotel.
The workshops, which will also focus on the needs and objectives of companies joining the training session, is being offered to local businesses and individuals at a special rate of $700 per person inclusive of materials, lunch and snacks.
