TWO men were charged by the
Attorney Generals Office in separate domestic incidents.
James Talu Mingefiiy, 52 of Kagman II, and Donald Kileleman, 38, of As
Lito, were charged on Tuesday for assaulting spouse and kin.
Mingefiiy and Kileleman were both summoned to appear in court on May 7
at 9 a.m. to face the charges.
Mingefiiy was charged with two counts of assault and battery for assaulting
his spouse on Feb. 10 in the presence of a child.
The information filed in court by the AGO stated that Mingefiiy pushed
and kicked the victim.
The information added that Mingefiiy pulled the victims hair in
the presence of a child.
Donald Kileleman was charged with two counts of assault and battery, assault
with a dangerous weapon, criminal mischief and disturbing the peace.
The AGO stated that Kileleman assaulted his cousin and niece on Jan. 11,
2007.
The defendant, the AGO added, punched his female cousin several times
and his niece.
Kileleman did unlawfully threaten to cause or attempt to cause bodily
harm to one of the victims with a flower vase.
