THE PABL is ready to get underway with teams gearing up for the big opening tournament set to kick off on Sunday April 15th at St. John’s Gym.
The day will kick off with a parade at 10:00 am. The cost to get into the gym for the day is $1.50 and the tournament will showcase some of the best basketball players on the island.
The PABL has a Men’s and Women’s league with ten teams on the Men’s side and five teams on the Women’s side.
The men’s teams will include: the Ace Hardware ACES, the Argent Estate Realty, the Samurai Bomber’s, the Livehouse Lancer’s, the Jazy Sixer’s, the Guam Greyhound National Team, Sign by Dey, MWR Big Navy, the National Office Supply Eagles, and the Budweiser Kings.
The Women’s teams will include: the Bud Light Ladies, the Ace Hardware National Team, the Samurai Ladies’ Bombers, Josies Batchoy, and St. Paul’s who have yet to receive a sponsor.
