A WOMAN has been indicted in federal court on charges of possession and distribution of methamphetamine, or “ice.”
Mikirong P. Oingerang was indicted on three counts of distribution and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
There is no other available information regarding the case which has been sealed.
According to the indictment, on or about Jan, 25, 2005, Oingerang unlawfully, willfully and knowingly distributed and possessed, with intent to distribute, approximately .58 grams of “ice.”
On Jan. 31, 2005, Oingerang “unlawfully distributed and possessed with intent to distribute .74 grams” of “ice.”
Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy Moran stated in the indictment that Oingerang unlawfully distributed and possessed with intent to distribute .53 grams of ice on Feb. 16, 2005.
