New Senior Volunteer and JOCVs dispatched to Palau

A new Senior Volunteer and two JOCV have been dispatched to Palau to serve two year term in cooperation with recipient agencies.
Senior Volunteer Norimitsu Muto is a new member to the financial management team at the Belau National Hospital. Muto has extensive years of experience in the field of finance with Japanese banks and Hospitals.
JOCV Yo Yamamoto has been dispatched to PALARIS at the Ministry of Resources & Development. Yamamoto holds a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computing Sciences. In the past three years, Yamamoto acquired his knowledge on database including Oracle, in physical design and running of small-scale systems and in development and verification of functions and performances of UNIX products.
JOCV Satoru Nunoya, also a system engineer, will join the Office of Planning and Statistics. Nunoya has a Masters degree in Engineering. In recent years, Nunoya was engaged in the development of applications for Web-based systems, later becoming a programmer and technical assistant.
