A MAN was arrested
yesterday after a concerned citizen saw him burglarizing a neighbors
home.
Paul Aldan, 31, of Dededo, is no stranger to the Guam Police Department.
He was previously charged in connection with burglary, theft of a vehicle,
robbery, and possession of a controlled substance, among other things.
In the most recent case, Aldan was charged with burglary, theft of property,
and possession of a schedule two controlled substance, suspected to be
ice, according to Dededo Precinct Officer Thomas Alger.
Alger told Variety that the precinct received a call of a burglary in
progress at a home on Ifil Court in Liguan Terrace, Dededo late yesterday
afternoon. The witness told police that the suspect was driving a white
pickup truck and was about to leave the residence.
When Alger arrived at the location, he found Aldan in the truck full of
stolen items. The items included a Sony television set, a video cassette
recorder, an iron, an ironing board, religious items, faux mink blankets,
a coffee maker, and other items.
Aldan was booked and confined.
