THREE masked men armed with
a wooden stick, a hammer and a crowbar robbed Golden Poker in San Antonio
on Thursday and took off with over $4,000 in cash.
The robbery was reported to the Department of Public Safety at 5:26 a.m.
DPS spokeswoman Lei Ogumoro said a preliminary investigation disclosed
that three men wearing masks entered the poker establishment.
The suspect who was holding a wooden stick ordered the security guard
and a male customer to stand in the corner of the game room with their
hands up.
The suspect was wearing a dark colored T-shirt and camouflage shorts.
The two other suspects managed to enter the cashiers booth by kicking
the door in.
The suspects took $4,045 then fled at once from the scene.
The suspect who kicked the door was holding a hammer and was wearing camouflage
long pants and a black long-sleeved shirt.
The other suspect was holding a crowbar and was wearing a dark-colored
shirt and black long jeans.
The guard, the cashier and the customer were unhurt.
