I WAS very pleased to read a letter to the editor from a prominent local who expressed his opinion on the current condition of our commonwealth government.
While I am very much elated to hear the truth about the “seedy” practices of the past, I also get embarrassed that my “brothers and sisters” have allowed these practices to continue.
The present condition of our commonwealth gives the impression of immaturity. Since as far back as 1990, I have brought out this inconsistency in running our community. However, up to now, I could still hear echoes of the “gimme-gimme” syndrome.
I invite everyone to do what is right for everybody not just a few!
