Dandan

(DES) — Dandan Elementary School registration for school year 2007-2008 is scheduled to begin on May 1, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the main office.
Registration is for new and transfer students.
• Kindergarten and 1st grade — May 1-11
• 2nd and 3rd grade — May 14-18
• 4th and 5th grade — May 21-25
• 6th grade — May 28-June 1
Registration requirements:
• Birth certificate
• Health certificate
• Health/Accident insurance
• Map of residential location
• Power of attorney/guardianship (if applicable)
• Copy of report card
• Unofficial transcript from last school attended
The kindergarten program is on first come, first served basis. School zone and siblings of current students will be prioritized.

Tanapag

(TES) — Tanapag Elementary School’s registration for school year 2007-2008 is from April 30 to May 25. Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years before Aug. 31 — first come, first served basis.
The following are required:
• Registration form
• Birth certificate
• Health clearance/certificate from CHC
• Insurance policy number
• Map to residence
• Copy of power attorney or guardianship, if applicable
• Withdrawal/transfer form from existing school
Registration requirements must be completed upon submission. Returning students are also required to register.

Oleai

(OES) — Oleai Elementary School announces that the registration for all incoming kindergartens for school year 2007-2008 will be from April 10 to 30.
Students entering kindergarten must be born between Sept. 1, 2001 to Aug. 31, 2002.
For new first grade and transfer-in students, grades 1 to 6, registration will be from June to July.
Documents required for registration are as follows:
• Birth certificate from the court
• School entrance health certificate (updated)
• Current school accident/health insurance coverage/ Medicaid card (updated)
• Residency map
• Legal adoption/guardianship documents (if applicable)
• Valid CNMI entry permit (if applicable)
