THREE Koreans and a Chinese are now the subject of warrant of arrests issued by Guam District Court Magistrate Judge Joaquin Manibusan Jr. after authorities discovered that they entered the United States with false and altered passports.
Judge Manibusan recommended no bail against Yingshu Li a.k.a. Ouck Ja Sin, 40, Rizi Chi a.k.a. Kyungae Kim, 47, Li Hua Piao a.k.a. Mi Ja Lee, 40, and Xian Long Yao, 41.
Li, Chi and Piao, all from Korea, allegedly arrived on Guam on March 29, 2007 and presented false and altered passports to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection inspector.
The three reportedly used a Republic of Korea passport that did not belong to them. They were all charged with false use of a passport.
Yao was charged with illegal re-entry after re-embarking in Guam on Aug. 24, 2005 without the consent of the attorney general of the United States.
He was previously removed and deported from Guam on July 25, 2002 but failed to reapply for admission to enter the United States.
