ANDERSEN Air Force Base Law Enforcement agents found illicit photos of children in a residence in Yigo that led to the arrest of a woman, according to Guam Police Department public information officer Allan Guzman.
Kendall Rachelle Dunlop, 29, was arrested and charged with use of a child in an obscene act, photography of a minor in a sexual act, child abuse, criminal sexual conduct, and family violence.
The photos, according to Guzman, were found in a computer hard drive at her home discovered by Andersen’s Law Enforcement personnel. Guzman confirmed that Dunlop is an active duty employee at Andersen.
The case has been handed over to GPD’s Juvenile Investigation Section. The case remains under investigation.
