JUST as the nature of fast-changing technology, one local company has expanded from selling ink cartridges and toners to full scale computer and printer services and repair in a less than two years.
Inktec Pacific, started in early 2005, has transformed into I-Teck Pacific, located along Middle Road, with the latest in computer and printer technology.
I-Teck also offers the services a certified computer and printer technician whose talents include repairing PC and Macintosh computers, as well as all brands of printers.
“We are primarily known for selling and refilling ink cartridges. One of our plans is to have a refilling machine for toners as well. But, we also offer computer and printer services and repair at affordable and competitive prices,” said Sales Manager Ben M. Jones.
“Some of our customers, such as government agencies, use large volumes of ink and toner on a daily basis. With our affordable prices, we help them save money in the long run while still receiving quality ink and toners,” he said.
“The same applies to our computer and printer systems. These computers are custom built to meet your needs and are affordable for homes and businesses,” he added.
I-Teck is the first computer store to offer In-House Financing to its customers.
With popular models such as Toshiba and Sony, customers can choose a computer system, deposit 25% of the cost any pay the rest in 15-day installments.
“We want to make it affordable for businesses and families in these difficult economic times,” said Jones.
I-Teck also offers services such as upgrading CPU systems, troubleshooting and diagnostics, networking and programming.
“We also have extended warranties on parts and labor for most of our equipment. Brand name products for desktop have three years warranty on parts and one year on labor. Laptops, printers and monitors have one year warranty on parts and one year on labor,” said Jones.
I-Teck carries a large selection of computer parts and accessories at affordable prices.
