In the second game, Proa recovered from a slow start and drew a solid game from Tony Diaz in the second half to defeat the PSS Schoolers.
Proa was down by seven at the end of the first quarter, 15-22, but moved to within one at halftime, 28-29, as it limited PSS to seven points in the second period.
Diaz, who was held to four points in the first half on a fieldgoal and two free throws, found his marks in the second half nailing 12 points in the third quarter to put Proa in the lead, 48-43, entering the payoff period.
