K. Hustlers grabbed the solo lead in the SBA-Budweiser Open 8-Ball League
after Week 2 of the tournament last Tuesday.
The Hustlers 6-1 victory over Coral Reef Shark Attach gave
them the No. 1 spot as the former improve to an 18-3 record, up by two
wins against Week 1 co-leader USSP What-Ever.
USSP What-Ever also won its Week 2 matches downing the Starters
Mangatchung, but the formers 4-3 triumph was only its
16 th win in 21 games.
Also winning last Tuesday were Godfathers Fotten Gaga,
Wild Wild West, Tease Navy Hill Boys, Round 2 Big Boys,
Krystal Perfect Spotters and Starter Young Boys.
Godfathers improved to a 15-4 record with its 6-1 victory over Buds
Predators, while Wild Wild West defeated Vargas Hot Shots to claim the
No. 4 spot with a 14-6 slate.
Porkys Mixed Breed and Vargas Hot Shots are in fifth
and sixth, place respectively, after bowing to separte foes. Porkys
Mixed Breed bowed to Round 2 Big Boys, 3-4.
Tease Navy Hill Boys, Krystal Perfect Spotters and Starters
Young Boys posted similar 4-3 wins against VFW Warriors I,
Coral Reef Barracuda and USSP Rock Islanders.
The Navy Hill Boys are in seventh place with an 11-10 slate, while Round
2 Big Boys and the Krystal Perfect Spotters are tied for eighth
with identical 10-11 records.
The Starters Young Boys improved to an 8-13 record tying Coral Reef
Shark Attack and the Starters Mangatchung in ninth
spot.
The VFW Warriors I (6-14) are in 11th place, followed by Buds Predators
and Coral Reef Barracuda (6-15) and USSP Rock Islanders
(4-17).
