ONE of the two men caught stealing aluminum window frames and a water pump from a residence in Chalan Galaide has been arrested by police.
The suspect is Zong Guo Li.
Acting Department of Public Safety spokesman Sgt. Thomas Blas Jr. said DPS received a call about a theft at 9:47 a.m. on Wednesday.
DPS was told about a suspicious vehicle parked near a residence in Chalan Galaide.
The caller said two men were possibly stealing copper wire.
Responding police officers found the vehicle in the area.
One of the two suspect fled into the boonies while the other one was arrested by the police officers.
The two suspects were stealing aluminum window frames and a water pump from the residence.
Their vehicle has been impounded.
