while another one was arrested for falsifying an accident report. Two
more were arrested in connection with separate sexual assault cases.
A security guard at the Duty Free Shoppers Galleria in Tumon saw William
Pierre Pelkey, 26, taking wrist watches from a display case in the store
on Wednesday.
Pelkey was arrested for retail theft. He remains behind bars.
Guam Police Department public affairs officer Allan Guzman said the total
worth of watches that Pelkey allegedly took was about $800.
A security guard of the Club USA building in Tumon was arrested after
he falsified an accident report to GPD.
Roland Hernandez Soriano, 30, of Dededo, was alleged to have told police
the wrong information on the responsible vehicle involved
in an accident that occurred on Jan. 5 in the night clubs parking
lot at 12:25 a.m.

through a phone tip from a witness to the accident.
Soriano was questioned by police on Wednesday. They discovered that he
filed a false report to cover up for the responsible person.
Police located the vehicle and the woman alleged to have been involved

the scene of an accident and failure to report the accident within 24
hours.

sexual conduct and family violence.
The arrest came after an 18-year-old woman told police that William sexually
assaulted her last year while she was still 17 years old. William was
booked and confined.

31, of Tamuning. He was alleged to have sexually assaulted a 21-year-old
