The participants resumed the competition on Saturday playing in a match-play format on the east course of the Kagman-based facility.
Twelve local players battled their Korean counterparts and this time lost, as KGA bets notched a 7 _ -4 _ victory.
The team of local golfers was composed of Gus Camacho, Ryan Kim, Jess Wabol, Charlie Ko, Nick Sablan, Joji Taguchi, Joe “Kamikaze” Camacho, Alex Aquiningoc, Alex Tudela, Tony Satur, Jeff Taylor and Adam Hardwicke.
Playing for the Koreans were Jang Hyu Duk, Lee Jong Ho, Kim Kyo Nam, Kwang Young Ho, Bae Hong Man, Lee Jae Sun, Park Joung Hoon, Kim Chang Jun, Lee Jung Woon, Kim Si Soo, Kim Ki Young and Jeon Jae Ho.
Last weeked’s tournament will only be the start of a series of Ryder Cup-like tournament between KGA members and local golfers.
