(DPS) — The Department of Public Safety’s traffic section on Saipan will be conducting occupant protection/child restraint checkpoints on the days and times listed:
• Feb. 15 – The first setup will be on Beach Road Chalan Laulau by B&R Repair Shop. This operation starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 5:15 p.m.
The second setup will be on 2W Garapan by Taro Sue. This operation starts 6:30 p.m. and ends at 7:45 p.m.
• Feb. 17 – The first setup will be on Beach Road Garapan by Fishing Base. This operation starts 4 p.m. and ends at 5:15 p.m.
The second setup will be on Beach Road San Antonio by Afetnas Square Building. This operation starts at 7 p.m. and ends at 8:15 p.m.
On Tinian:
• Feb. 14 – The first setup will be on Marpo Valley by Hofschneider Warehouse. It will start at 7 a.m. and end at 8:15 a.m.
The second setup will be on Broadway south by Star Plaza. It will start at 5 p.m. and end at 6:15 p.m.
• Feb. 15 – The first set p will be by the former Tinian Center. It will start at 7 a.m. and end at 8:15 a.m.
The second setup will be on St. Joseph street by the Municipal baseball field. It will start at 4 p.m. and end at 5:15 p.m.
