Meyuns won all three of its games in the single round robin tournament and took the Number One spot in the play-off round of the 2007 Elementary School Competition Girls Division.
On Wednesday Feb 7, MES beat KES A, 33-21 to complete the thre-game winning run.
Earlier on Tuesday Feb. 6, Meyuns also won over KES B, 39-13 and over GBH on Feb. 1.
KES A finished with a 2-1 record.
As of presstime yesterday, GBH and KES B were still playing the last match of the round.
The play-off round will start on MondayFeb. 12 with Meyuns taking on KES A anew while GBH and KES B will square off for the other play-off match. Winners of both games will play for the championship on Feb. 15 while the losers will face each other for the consolation play.
