By Gerardo R. Partido
Variety News Staff

A WATER outage will again occur in the central part of the island tonight as the Guam Waterworks Authority replaces a 6-inch pressure regulating valve from 7 p.m. Monday until 4 a.m. Tuesday.
Areas without water will be the following: all of Afame, as well as the high and elevated areas of Ordot, Chalan Pago, Sinajana, and Agana Heights.
Residents who find themselves still without water after 4 a.m. Tuesday are urged to call 646-4211.
Meanwhile, GWA public information officer Heidi Ballendorf said that Turner Road residents up at Nimitz Hill have had their water restored over the weekend.
Earlier, GWA announced a water outage affecting parts of Nimitz Hill, including all of Turner Road as utility crews continued to work on a pump problem in the area.
According to Ballendorf, water was out up to the afternoon of Friday and approximately 30 homes were affected.
