GOV. Felix P. Camacho has signed two bills into public law, one re-appropriating money to the Adequate Public Education Fund and the other approving rules for the island’s public utilities.
Bill No. 328, now Public Law 28-158, re-appropriates $140,000 from Sen. Robert Klitzke’s budget to the Adequate Public Education Fund.
“We are doing everything we can to ensure our school children have the resources they need to learn,” Camacho said.
Bill No. 357, now Public Law 28-159, approves the personnel rules and regulations of the Guam Power Authority and Guam Waterworks Authority.
The personnel rules and regulations govern the selection, compensation, promotion, performance evaluation, disciplinary action and terms and conditions of employment for certified, technical and professional personnel at GPA and GWA.
