Stop the nonsense

THE injuries sustained by the two kids playing with fireworks are no excuse. The sad thing about this is that CHC will now spend needed funds to treat these children that will otherwise could be spent on more serious treatment to illnesses and diseases being fought by the CHC. On the other hand, I can’t imagine the pain and suffering being felt by these children. But the irony is that all this could be avoided and prevented by a simple, sensible decision of parents.
It would have been better if the parents of these children do the more reasonable thing to do and buy these children food, school supplies, clothes, and thing that they needed than to explode the fireworks for nothing. These are useless and unthinkable poor ways of spending money especially when the parents actually caused and allowed their children to get hurt.
I say to all parents to stop the nonsense and buy more useful things for your children. The only people that are benefiting out of the noise-making devices being sold are the vendors. Quite frankly, these vendors would not help out the parents for the medical care of these children. The vendors would keep the money and worry not about anything that could happen after these fireworks leave their store sites. There is no practical need to buy fireworks and burning them for fun is no fun for your bank accounts. It will be better to give your children money to be saved in their savings accounts so they could learn about money management than to give them money for fireworks that explode for nothing. Exploding fireworks is like flushing waste down the toilet.
