Agat precinct officials arrested two men in connection with reckless driving,
drag racing, and one even got a child abuse charge thrown at him.
GPD public information officer Allan Guzman stated that around 6 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 30, Michael Lee Livingston, 25, Agat and Michael Patrick
Hubbert, 25, Agat were pulled over after police noticed the two vehicles
drag racing on Marine Corps Drive in Asan towards Piti.
Livingston was charged with child abuse as he had two minors in his vehicle
when he was allegedly racing. Guman said he had a three-year-old and a
17-year-old in the vehicle.
Livingston said that he was racing (Hubbert) because he was upset
that he was cut off, Guzman said.
Hubbert and Livingston were estimated to have reached speeds exceeding
65 miles per hour.
Guzman stated that on Dec. 29, Hubbert received a speeding ticket at 4
a.m. Then at 1 p.m. later that same day he was pulled over for reckless
driving. Then at 6 p.m. Saturday Hubbert was pulled over for the same
case.
Hubbert was charged three times on the same day for traffic violations;
however, police booked and released him.
Criminal sexual conduct arrest
A 37-year-old Tamuning man was arrested and charged by police with family
violence, terrorizing, assault, aggravated assault, criminal sexual conduct
as a second degree felony.
Anthony Herbert Cabrera was arrested on Friday, Dec. 29 at 12 p.m. after
officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the area.
He allegedly assaulted an eight-year-old girl known to him. During
the course of the domestic violence he assaulted a 30-year-old woman by
striking her several times and threw a knife at her, Guzman said.
The 30-year-old woman was not harmed in this altercation as Cabrera missed
her when he threw the knife.
The sexual assault has been going on since November 2006. The eight-year-old
was just afraid to report it, Guzman stated.
He was booked and confined.
