Palau Tigers gore UPF, 7-3, in PFA match

The Palau Tiger Team won over Universal Peace Foundation, 7-3, in last Sunday’s game of the Palau Football Association at the PCC track and field.
Steve Stefano scored three goals for the Tigers while Tony Ililau and Tan Hau added two each.
Abgus Sadtar had two and one from Me for the UPF team.
UPF will meet Nepal team on Sunday Sec. 31 starting at 4:30 p.m.
Palau will try to keep its momentum going when it takes on Bangladesh in the last day of first round of elimination on January 7.
The current team standings are Surangel and Sons (4-0), Palau (2-1), Nepal (1-2), Bangladesh (1-2) and UPF (0-3).
Meanwhile, Surangel and Sons coach Mohi Udin said PFA president Darryl Lund and team manager Eric Whipps want to extend their great appreciation to the players and wished them good luck for the coming New Year.
