(DFS) — DFS Saipan Ltd. crowned its top employees for the year of 2006 during a holiday party held at the Pacific Islands Club in December.
Sales associate Arsenia Benavente and visual coordinator Carolyn Wyatt were recognized for their outstanding and exceptional service for the company in 2006.
Amid cheers and applause from co-workers and administration officials, Benavente and Wyatt accepted their awards from Saipan Galleria Area general manager Mark Sullivan, DFS airport store manager Jeff Taylor and DFS Midpac regional director of visual merchandising Mike Stowe.
Benavente earned her award in the sales category by demonstrating true professionalism on the sales floor. Working at the Hermes boutique at the DFS airport shop, Benavente has been one of the top sales producers throughout the year. Benavente’s passion for selling is also demonstrated through her continuous effort to educate herself with product knowledge and to upgrade her customer service skill. Benavente has been with DFS since Sept. 1993.
Wyatt won honors for the sales support category. Working as a visual coordinator, Wyatt has dedicated her talent and time ensuring that the store’s visual presentation is in line with the company standard. With her great initiative and productivity, Wyatt has continued to surpass expectations that placed on her. Wyatt has been with DFS since April 1999.
Both employees of the year received a $200 DFS merchandise coupon, five paid holidays and DFS 2006 employee of the year certificates recognizing their achievements.
