About Dekada

I LIVED in the CNMI for nearly 10 years. Many days I still wish I was there and I loved my time spend there. I also love cake. I love to eat cake. But I can’t eat my cake and still have my cake.
I must laugh at the Dekada folks for they certainly did not study the history or the agreement they signed when they came into the CNMI. After working in three different countries as an alien worker myself I knew what I was doing and getting into before I got into it. Each day, each week, each month and each year I stayed in that country I still knew I must abide by the contract I signed, and the laws of the country I willingly entered. I did so of my own free will.
If I did not like it, my contract gave me and every nonresident worker an outlet: LEAVE. I urge every elected representative of the CNMI to submit a bill to revoke the permits of all alien workers with 10 years plus in the CNMI. If you do not, all “rights” they gain will be at your and all U.S. citizens’ expense.
