No response

I HAVE been trying to call for an appointment with a doctor at the Women’s Clinic since Jan. 4, 2007. I have been spending about an hour a day doing this.
At first, I dialed 236-8371. It was busy. I tried 236-8372 and let it rang for 30 times. Then I dialed 236-8371 and it rang but nobody answered. I kept it ringing for 30 times and I got tired waiting.
Today, I did the same things as in previous days plus a few more. I dialed the switchboard and I was connected to the Women’s Clinic. The same thing happened. There was no answer. Then I was connected to the Children’s Clinic and the person connected me to the Women’s Clinic and the same thing happened. I then tried my last strategy before I wrote this letter, I put my phone on a speaker phone and let the phone rang for 30 minutes but still nobody answered.
Since nobody answers these phones, maybe the government can save some money by disconnecting the phones and also switch the appointment job to somebody else. Little savings add up. Maybe a voice mail might be better, or anything other than total “NO RESPONSE.” Thank you very much.
