By Cherrie Anne E. Villahermosa
Variety News Staff

THE Superior Court says there is probable cause to believe that a man charged for beating up his wife committed the offense.
Teksiter Sachuo, 38, was represented by Assistant Public Defender Adam Hardwicke while the government was represented by Assistant Attorney General Joseph Taijeron during the preliminary hearing on Tuesday before Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo.
Sachuo’s arraignment was set for Monday at 9 a.m.
He is on probation for another criminal charge for assaulting the same victim.
The latest incident happened Jan. 8 at their Upper Miha residence.
Sachuo was charged for punching his wife after she asked him to buy school supplies for their son.
