There were two
reported burglaries last week, according to the Division of Patrol.
Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that on Jan. 13, investigation revealed
that a suspect allegedly entered through a sliding door in a residence
in Ngerchemai Hamlet carting away with cash and goods amounting to over
$500.
Aguon said that the suspect stole several items such as a digital camera,
a pocket knife, cash and a credit card.
Aguon the police is still investigating the case and has not identified
the suspect yet.
On Jan. 12, a female caller told the police a male who was wearing a t-shirt
over his face entered their home in Koror.
Aguon said when the suspect was confronted he run out the house failing
to steal anything.
In Meketii, a male climbing a betelnut tree was reportedly hit by an airgun
pellets by an unidentified suspect.
Aguon said the police is still investigating the case.
