Stingers shelve Kabong for clean 9-0 record

The league-leading Stingers continued their winning rampage ripping Kabong, 106-101, on Tuesday night in the 2007 Shell NBL at the Palau National Gymnasium.
Vann Isaac scored 33 points while June Bautista added 19 as the Stingers solidified their hold of the lead with a clean 9-0 record.
Bisa Demei led Kabong with 32 but his team dropped to a 3-5 record.
On Wednesday, the Bullets streaked to their third consecutive victory as they demolished Palau Pacific Resort, 88-52.
With the win, the Bullets improved their record to 4-5 while dealing PPR its fifth straight defeat for a 2-6 card.
In the other game Wednesday, Ngiwal Central scored one of the most lopsided wins of the season over th Kinsmen, 105-60.
Six players scored in double digits namely Poch 20, Jay 19, Bolt 17, Kevin 15, Etiff 12 and Elint 10 as Ngiwal Central won its third win in nine outings.
The Kinsmen absorbed their sixth setbacks after seven assignments.
