Background
Gold’s Gym has been providing fitness results to the community
since it opened its 10,400-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility
on Saipan in December 1996. As the premier health club for Saipan’s
fitness enthusiasts, Gold’s Gym’s mission is “to enhance

Gold’s Gym members are everyday people trying to improve their

Group Exercise
Exercise should be fun! Gold’s Gym makes it easy to get into
the exercise habit by offering awesome group classes that guaranty
results! BODYPUMP and BODYSTEP are two of the most popular
group exercises classes in the world, and on Saipan, they can only
be found at Gold’s Gym. BODYPUMP is a 60-minute group
weight training class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone
and condition muscles while raising the body’s metabolic rate
for rapid fat-burning. BODYSTEP is a step aerobic class with
great music and levels to cater to everyone from the beginner to the
most athletic participant. These classes are offered Monday through
Saturday and are included with the membership.
