Even at the end
of the day at Club Elan, Hyatt Regency
Saipans premier fitness club, the large stainless steel
shower heads in the private locker rooms turn water
into massaging rain, dissipating tension and putting your mind and
body at ease.
Located on the north wing
of Hyatt Regency Saipan, Club Elan sit nears the hotels pool
and has direct access to the beach, leaving a breezy entrance to two
of its main facilities: the Fitness Center and Aroma Center.
Taking the helm at Club Elan is one of the islands daughters,
a creative, vibrant woman that is no stranger to the demands of a
high-energy position, Spa Manager Vicky Benavente.
Club Elan is a place of health and offers a positive lifestyle
change of exercise, which leads to an overall fitness of body and
mind, smiled Benavente.
Everyone deserves the right to a healthy, more productive lifestyle
and physical exercise is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle,
she said.
As members of Club Elan, guest have access to the Fitness Center,
equipped with the latest exercise machines and free weights, as well
as to the swimming pool, tennis courts, steam room, dry sauna, locker
facilities, and a variety of exercise classes such as Aerobics, Core
Conditioning, Yoga and Circuit Training.
Our guests will be awakened to the highest level of service
in the worlds most distinguished hotels. They will leave feeling
that their every need was anticipated and that they have created a
relationship with Hyatt Regency Saipan, and not just a visit,
said Benavente.
The Aroma Center features a variety of spa treatments that cater to
the rejuvenation and relaxation of the mind and body.
Even if you have a bust schedule, it is quite easy to stop by
and work out during the day. For example, we offer a Mid-day
Retreat which includes a half-hour massage and a light meal
afterwards, said Benavente. So, guests can work out at
the Fitness Center, then get a relaxing massage and finally, get a
meal before going back to work!
Club Elans Fitness Center opens Monday to Sunday from 6 a.m.
to 9 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Benavente considers the simple principles of a healthy lifestyle are
exercise, healthful eating and, her personal favorite, a spiritual
belief that keeps us going through lifes ups and downs.
Being healthy allows us to be stronger, fitter, more mentally
alert, creative and productive in our everyday lives, she said.
