Man indicted for touching minors ‘inappropriately’

THE Superior Court of Guam grand jury has indicted a 32-year-old man for the alleged inappropriate touching of two minor girls.
Two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony and harassment were filed against My-Love Kinareng over the weekend.
According to the indictment documents provided by the Attorney General’s Office, Kinareng intentionally engaged in sexual contact with one of the minors by causing his feet to touch the private part of the girl who is under 14 years of age.
The first offense allegedly happened on July 25, 2005.
The accused allegedly caused his hand to touch the private parts of the victim.
Four days later, another minor was also harassed by Kinareng when he subjected her to offensive touching.
In other news, a grand jury indictment was filed against Zachary Troy Aquino Cruz, 21, after he allegedly terrorized a female household member by punching her.
On top of the terrorizing charges, Cruz was also charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance after he was found in possession of methamphetamine on Jan. 16, 2007.
He was also charged with family violence and assault, both misdemeanor.
Stealing from a ‘tip’ jar
In other news, Christian Anthony Posadas, 21, was charged with possession of a scheduled II controlled substance as a third-degree felony and theft of property as a petty misdemeanor after stealing $20 from a tip jar in a local coffee shop.
Posadas allegedly took the money from CatCrea coffee shop on Jan. 15, 2007.
