ANOTHER tourist lost his money and other belongings when his vehicle was burglarized while he was fishing at Micro Beach on Monday night.
Eita Kitsuda, 33, lost a wallet containing his driver’s license, credit cards and $120 in cash.
Acting Department of Public Safety spokesman Sgt. Thomas Blas Jr., said the victim reported the incident to the DPS Koban in Garapan at 8:02 p.m. on Monday.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Kitsuda parked his vehicle at Micro Beach at around 4 p.m. on Monday and went fishing.
When he returned to his vehicle at 7 p.m., he discovered that his wallet was missing.
He told police that he did not lock his vehicle and that he had placed his wallet in the vehicle’s glove compartment.
DPS said anyone with information regarding this crime should call Crime Stoppers at 234-7272.
