JAMIE Vales claimed her second
Pepsi Monthly Princess of the Lanes award after topping the February roll-off
over the weekend at the Capital Bowling Center in Garapan.
Vales, who also won the January tournament, had a total 621 pinfalls to
beat seven other entrants in the Prince/Princess of the Lanes February
roll off.
Vales had an average of 155.25 pinfalls after drilling 146 in Game 1,
169 in Games 2 and 4 and 137 in Game 3.
She beat Zack Cruz, who settled for second with 610 pinfalls. Raphael
Zapanta came in third with 579 pinfalls, followed by JD Torres (576),
Jared (563) and Ryan Gutierrez (539) and Mayanne (511) and Marion McKenzie
(460).
In the King of the Lanes race, Richard Leong bested 32 other participants
with his total of 863 pinfalls. Leong had an average of 215.75 pinfalls
per game after rolling 187 in Games 1 and 4 and 244 and 245 in Games 2
and 3, respectively.
In second place was Dannie Robles with 824 pinfalls, followed by Ador
Dimaano (786), John Santos (770) and Percy Omechelang (744).
Completing the top 10 were Raymond Angeles (736), Totie Limpin (722),
Orlie Ebuen (721), Jorge Soledad (714) and Kitz Barja (699).
Gina Sablan claimed the Queen of the Lanes title for February after her
740 pinfalls.
Sablan averaged 185 pinfalls per game after she collected 225 in Game
1, 162 in Game 2, 204 in Game 3 and 150 in Game 4.
She beat Jerie Bales, who had 691 pinfalls.
Placing third was Lala Taitano with 676 pinfalls, followed by Yho Villavicencio
(659), Rizza Hensley (659), Diana Camacho (659), Ron Cal (643), Gloria
Omechelang (640) and Mindy (635) and Cindy Taitano (631).
