Lost in mud

THE long and opinionated Ambrose Bennett letter to the editor about the fate of the municipal councils in the CNMI could be said in one sentence.
It appears that Mr. Bennett was suggesting that the perpetuation of the councils in the three municipalities in the CNMI will involve a close analysis of the “impacts, the benefits, and the costs” of their existence.
Quite frankly, the rest of what he said were lost in thick mud that I could not relate to.
