(MVA) — The Windsurfing Saipan, Inc. is pleased to announce that the 6th Annual Marianas Windsurfing Cup is set to take place on March 10-11, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The registration will be on Friday March 9, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Saipan Hotel lobby from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The skipper’s meeting will be on March 10 & 11, 2007 at Micro Beach (tent area).
In its sixth year, the event will host participants from Japan, Guam and the CNMI. The Micronesian Cup consists of three categories, the Men’s Open, Men’s Masters and finally the Women’s Open. Participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt, racing tank top and attendance at the awards banquet. The awards banquet will be held on Sunday March 11, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Saipan Hotel (Kili Terrace).
