Fiesta style short track racing at Umatac

THE March 4th Umatac Discovery Day Motocross was loaded with fiesta style short track racing as the GMAC regulars along with a few new comers hit the track that was set up next to the Umatac Bridge. The weather was cloudy and a bit cold but the track itself was hot and in prime condition as the racing began at 1pm.
#27 Jamie Plagman aboard her Kawasaki rode smooth and fast as she took the win in the 125cc expert class over the Yamaha mounted riders of #103 Brian Gumataotao and #70 Willie Pangelinan who placed second and third respectively.
In the 250cc class #89 Shane Morrison did some high flying acrobatics aboard his Cycles Plus Kawasaki as he did easy laps to take the win.
Dr. Stan Yasuhiro aboard the #111 Tumon Dental Office Honda Crf 250 took the win in the always thrilling vet class but did it the hard way after crashing hard during an earlier practice session. Taking second was #8 Keith Viall

Glenn Aguon led the sweep of Yamaha mounted riders who finished first through third in the 85cc novice division. Taking second was his brother #44 Tomas Aguon and placing third was #111 Jacob Einloth.
