The scheduled
payout for March 13 has been moved to March 20 due to the delay in receiving
the checks from the printer from the United States.
Pacific Bank Receiver Kaleb Udui said that there will be a one week delay
in the payout of up to $2,000 per depositors.
Udui said that depositors who want their payment deposited directly to
the bank they presently use for their banking services now have until
March 7, 2007, to submit the forms.
Due to the delay in the payout the deadline to receive forms for the setoff
of loans has also been moved to March 7, 2007.
The PSB receiver said that as a reminder to borrowers with loans in good
standing may volunteer to have their deposit account balances offset against
their loan accounts by completing a voluntary deposit offset form available
from the receiver.
It said any deposit balances remaining after the setoff will be paid to
depositors up to $ 2,000.
The printing of checks will begin on March 12 and the final arrangements
of the payout too.
On March 12, schedule for the payout will also be announced and published.
