Woman, man sued for breach of contract

A WOMAN and a man have been sued for breach of contract in separate complaints.
Ann Melisa Babauta was sued by Benigno T. Fejeran, doing business as Solid Builders, while Shin Myong Joon, doing business as Sunshine Market, was sued by Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods.
The plaintiffs, through attorney S. Joshua Berger, filed their complaints in Superior Court.
According to the complaint, Babauta, on July 15, 2005, signed a contract to purchase merchandise and services from Solid Builders in the amount of $7,261.
Babauta, the complaint states, is in default in the amount of $4,220.
Fejeran is seeking the principal amount of $4,220, attorney’s fees, pre-judgment interest, cost of suit and for such other relief as the court deems appropriate.
According to the other complaint, Shin Myong Joon, doing business as Sunshine Market, obtained merchandise in the amount of $4,242.03 from Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods from Nov. 6, 2003 through Feb. 27, 2004.
The complaint stated that Shin Myong Joon is in default in the amount of $4,242.03 plus interest.
Triple J is seeking the principal amount of $4,242.03, attorney’s fees, cost of suit, pre-judgment interest of 9 percent per annum and other relief.
