The Division of Patrol said
that that there were four reported vehicular accidents during the weekend.
Division chief Ismael Aguon said that that the police substation in Melekeok
reported that a vehicle lost control at a road in Ngarchelong on March
2 at 9:30 p.m.
Police officers who responded to the scene said that the driver lost control
of the wheel and missed the curve causing his vehicle to fell off the
ditch.
Aguon said another accident occurred in front of the Melekeok Capitol
where a vehicle fell off the side of the road on March 3, at 9:30 p.m.
Aguon said the driver was later transported to the hospital for treatment.
Another vehicle fell off the side of the road in Koksai, Ameliik, Aguon
said that there were no reported injuries.
The incident reportedly occurred at 5:20 a.m. on March 4.
A vehicle overturned in Ngerbeched on March 4 at 3:59 p.m. when the driver
lost control of the wheel and hit the side of the road.
