YOUR reporter missed the point when writing the article regarding the dismissal of the deportation action against Joselito Castro. The case that was dismissed, Civil Action 07-0029E, was dismissed because it duplicates the allegations in an existing case, Civil Action 06-0136E. CA 06-0136 is currently pending, has not been dismissed, but is temporarily off calendar while we wait for the appellate process to conclude.
