A 38-year-old woman was arrested for soliciting a customer in Gaparan.
Wei Juan Chen was arrested on Thursday afternoon at the Paseo de Marianas.
Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Lei Ogumoro said a preliminary investigation disclosed that a police officer noticed Wei, who is known to frequent the area near Paris Croissant bakery, approaching a male tourist.
Wei handed a business card to the tourist.
The police officer then approached the two and questioned them.
Wei and the tourist were brought to the Koban police station for questioning.
DPS said there was enough evidence to arrest Wei for violation of Public Law 14-50.
The law prohibits persons from loitering on public thoroughfares for the purpose of luring, enticing or soliciting persons for commercial gain.
