(KagES) — Kagman Elementary School will start registering children for grades kindergarten to fifth grade for school year 2007-2008.
Registration begins on April 2, and ends on April 30, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Kagman Elementary School will register children from the following areas only: Kagman I, II, III, Upper Papago (Botanical Garden to Kagman), Agag, and As Teo.
Kindergarten students — Child must be 5 yrs. old, on or before Aug. 31.
First grade students — Child must be 6 years old, on or before Aug. 31.
The following documents are required for your children to be enrolled:
• Official registration form
• Birth certificate
• CHC Health Certificate (original)
• Transcript/report card/withdrawal from exiting school
• Entry permit, if not a U.S. citizen
• Affidavit of guardianship/power of attorney (if applicable)
• Map of residence
• Health Insurance policy
All students registering must have complete documents submitted on or before the end of the designated registration dates.
